OJT @ 75th school

Before submitting the formal report to the head office in ulaanbaatar, I’d like to write here freely and informaly,

 

ABOUT OJT(O?? Job Training) in 75th school (75-р сургууль), with picture.

It looks a kind of building usually veiwed in horror moive, but actually not so horroble :) It’s a clean building comparing with others in ulaanbaatar.

Backside of the building. there are big natural icelink, so our children often play here.

I tried to enter but as soon as I got there I fall down and hit my leg on the ice. damn hurt.

Buildings close to our school. there’re lots of artistic painting (sometimes proffesional one like upon).
You can see “사랑해요 2010-06-30”, it is korean language, means I LOVE YOU.

 
The district, Haan-ool, where our school belongs, has many many construction site.
Especially, lots of luxerious ones. It feels me like 80-90’s Kang-nam, Seoul.

 

 

 

Uuh, sorry, from now on, really starts OJT.

 

This is the entrance. Nothing is special, but one thing, comparing with Korea and Japan, the entrance door is really small.
(may be to guard temperature of the building, from outside)

entering the inside, you can see the many boards introducing teachers.
It makes the parents of the students to feel something good, at least I think so.

 
on the wall, many many class materials there are. yes, the school has well-infra, as much as i thought.

And then, What is problem? (Why the school manager  wants me?)

one thing I got (or think) is, UNVISUABLE THINGS wants support.

it can be teaching skills, school effeciancy system and so on, but this point more and more survey and thought needed.

you feel? wow, u clever.

 

Yes, today I did nothing!!! without looking.

There is no guideline about OJT, so ‘I’ usually try to make the people(school manager, teachers, co-workers) to do OJT for me. yes, usually I have to do OJT myself. I got it the end of the 1st day, haha.

On 2nd, 3rd, 4th(today) day, I’d done OJT usually myself, if I didn’t, there were lots of time(actually sometimes I used OJT times for my private matters)

 

the Official schedule from now on is only to stay the school CAPTIAN’s home this night. and Tomorrow, I’ll return to the KOV trainer’s dormitory.

 

p.s. I’d been stayed at homes of the mongolian staff, so next time I would like to write one-day at the time.
